BartelsRieger: Transparent payment terms for customers

Payment in our online shop can generally be made by PayPal, direct debit, prepayment/bank transfer, purchase on invoice, credit card (Mastercard, VISA). Please note that the transfer for purchase on invoice is made to a PayPal account.

Payment via Paypal

You pay directly via your PayPal account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to authorise the payment. As soon as our PayPal account has been informed about your authorisation, the shipment will take place - depending on the delivery time indicated with the item. When goods are shipped, your PayPal account will be debited with the actual invoice amount. In the case of goods that are specially made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, your PayPal account will be debited immediately with the actual invoice amount after deduction of any discounts, gift vouchers, etc.

Payment by credit card

Payment is made directly during the ordering process with your credit card details. When the goods are dispatched, the amount invoiced will be charged to your credit card. For goods that are specially made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, your credit card will be charged immediately for the actual invoice amount after deducting any discounts, gift vouchers, etc.

Purchase on invoice

This payment method is only available for billing addresses within Germany. Please transfer the invoice amount within 14 days after receipt of the invoice. The purchase is settled via PayPal and is therefore to be transferred to PayPal. The possibility to deduct a discount does not exist. Please note that this payment option is not available to all of our customers due to restrictions.
